Description
"Act For The Many"
"I decided to do a piece on minority women to bring awareness to the struggles of experiencing life in a society that is oppressive and derogative. While feminism is incorporated into the piece, the prominent part is the presence of racially diverse women, used to emphasize and promote activists’ desire to normalize race in the media. I want to encourage racially diverse women to express themselves how they please, and influence society to “act for the many”, rather than the few."
